Outlook / Office 365 isn't supported yet. Microsoft retired plain-password IMAP login; connecting Outlook.com or Office 365 requires OAuth, which isn't wired up in this version. iCloud, Gmail (with an app password), Yahoo, Fastmail, and most other IMAP providers work today.

A Vercel Cron job syncs every connected account once a day (Vercel's Hobby plan caps Cron Jobs at once per day; Pro plans can run it more often — edit the schedule in vercel.json). The “Sync all accounts” button on Home and the sync icon on each account always work on demand, regardless of plan.

Danger zone

Permanently deletes your account and everything in it — connected mail accounts, synced messages, categories, and rules. This can't be undone.
